Contractor marketing · Orange County & the Hudson Valley

Keep your schedule booked out.

I get HVAC, plumbing, electrical and roofing companies to the top of local search, stack up their 5-star reviews, and make sure no call goes unanswered.

You run the crew. I handle everything that happens before the phone rings.

Territory exclusivity

One company per trade, per 15-mile radius.

If you're the HVAC company in Goshen, your competitor down Route 17 gets told no — and hears it from me directly.

I can't put two companies at the top of the same search, so I don't pretend otherwise. A different trade or a different town is fair game; a plumber and an HVAC company never compete for the same call.

Why it matters

The best company in town doesn't win. The easiest one to find and reach does.

A homeowner with no heat decides in about ten minutes, on their phone. Three things decide it.

Buried on the map

Nearly everyone calls from Google's short map list. What lands you in it — categories, service area, photos, activity — is all fixable, and most contractors have never touched it.

Not in that list? You're invisible, however good your work is.
Out-reviewed

Your customers are happy, they just forget to post. The franchise down the road asks every single one, automatically.

Fewer reviews reads as riskier — even after 15 years in business.
Missed calls

Both hands full, caller doesn't leave a voicemail, taps the next result instead. That lead was already paid for.

One caught call a month usually pays for all of this.
What I do

Four things that put jobs on your calendar.

01 · Local SEO

Get found on Google Maps

I rebuild your Google Business Profile properly — every service, every town, categories set the way Google reads them, real job photos, weekly posts.

Why: that profile, not your website, is where most of your calls come from.
02 · Reviews

5-star reviews on autopilot

Job closes, your customer gets a friendly text with a one-tap link. If someone's unhappy, you hear it first instead of reading it on Google.

Why: reviews lift your ranking and close the customer comparing three quotes.
03 · Missed-call text-back

Stop losing leads to voicemail

Miss a call and the caller instantly gets a text from your number. The conversation stays open until you can call back.

Why: it saves jobs you were about to lose for free. Usually the fastest thing to pay for itself.
04 · Content

Your clips, edited and posted

Film 30 seconds on your phone at a job — a before-and-after, a weird failure, a quick tip. I cut it, caption it, and post it. Your best reviews become short clips too.

Why: it's how a stranger decides you know your trade before they ever call.

Need a website that doesn't look like 2009?

Most contractor sites are slow, unreadable on a phone, and have the phone number buried. Yours should load fast, say what you do and where, and put a tap-to-call button in front of every visitor.

Built in a week, hosted for a few dollars a month, and yours to keep — not rented from me.

Starter site

$1,500

Five pages — home, services, service area, about, contact. Mobile-first, tap-to-call, your reviews pulled in. Done in about a week.

Full site

$2,900

Everything above plus a page for every town you serve, booking form, financing and promo sections, and photo galleries from your jobs.

Care plan

$125/mo

Hosting, backups, security, and unlimited small edits — new services, price changes, seasonal promos. Optional.

Included free with an annual Own The Area plan.

Plans & pricing

Priced against the jobs it books.

If your average job runs $9,000, one extra call a month covers this many times over. Month to month, $500 one-time setup, two months free if you pay for a year.

Set up the right way

Texting that won't get your number shut off.

Automated business texting is regulated. Cheap setups skip the paperwork, and the messages quietly stop getting delivered.

Carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) done before a single message goes out.
Consent handled correctly — your own customers only, never bought lists.
Opt-out on every message, honored automatically and permanently.
Real reviews only — never written, bought, incentivized or filtered.

How it goes

1

Free Google audit

Fifteen minutes. I put your profile next to your top three competitors and show you what's putting them above you. Yours to keep either way.

2

I set it all up

Inside two weeks your profile is rebuilt, review texts go out after jobs, and text-back is live. About 30 minutes of your time.

3

You work, I keep it running

Once a month: how many calls, how many new reviews, how many leads the text-back saved. Plain English.

Who's behind this

Hi, I'm Kevin.

I work with contractors across Orange County and the Hudson Valley — Port Jervis to Newburgh, Warwick up to Monticello. My background is marketing, video and automation: systems that run in the background so the owner doesn't think about them.

Small number of clients on purpose. Never two companies in the same trade and town. You deal with me, not an account rep.

Questions

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Month to month. If it isn't bringing you work, you shouldn't be paying for it.

How much of my time does this take?

About 30 minutes up front, then almost none — plus a few phone clips at jobs if you're on a content plan.

How fast will I see something?

Text-back catches leads the day it goes live and reviews start within weeks. Climbing the map list takes a couple of months. Anyone promising page one next week is guessing.

What if the plans don't fit my shop?

Tell me what you're working with on the audit call. I'd rather build something that fits your season and crew size than lose a good company over a number on a page.

Who owns the accounts?

You do — profile, reviews, number, website. If we stop working together, it all stays with you.

See what's costing you calls.

Free 15-minute Google audit. I'll compare you to your top three local competitors and tell you exactly what to fix — whether you hire me or not.
